More soldiers now than crusaders then

I stumbled upon an old segment of a Belgian discussion show with Robert Fisk saying some very interesting things about the politics in the Middle East without sparing anyone. Two years later, he turned out to be spot on. (When he gave this interview Osama still hadn't been shot and Afghanistan got a lot worse afterwards.)

A nice and fast little piece of TV of which the most shocking phrase was: "I've calculated the other day that we now have 22 times as many military personal in the muslim world as Crusaders had in the 12th century." Food for thought.
